Dance Outfit

This was actually prior to the dance showcase, the week before we sent you to rehearsal in all your attire with your hair up.

You kept looking in the mirror and was you usual happy excited self.

A STAR is born

Well what a day, today was your very first dancing showcase performance, you've been practicing every Saturday morning for the past month and we bought you your tap shoes and outfit as well.

It's the very first time we have been able to watch you as parents are not allowed in the class. We started you with Amy Bastin Dance classes a few months ago and you've gone from being very shy to looking forward to it all the time.

We were both a little nervous as you are by far the youngest, started a little shy when we first brought you and did not know what to expect!!    Well we did not expect what happened when you walked in...

I will try to explain piece by piece but we will have a video soon and will definitely post (won't you Kaybo))

You walked in with your 'bug' outfit all cute, there was a mirror wall at the back of the stage and while everyone else was looking at the audience you turned and kept eying yourself in the mirror, about 3 times.

Then the fun started, everyone started dancing, as did you but as all the other girls were looking at the teacher you looked straight at the audience, started dancing and moved into the front of the stage, and kept going!! We were in stitches with laughter and so was everyone else.

Then the teaches brought them all in a line to dance, not Izzy, you kept dancing and moving along the back from one side to the other, you were in a world of your own.

You mad me and your mom very, very proud, you were wonderful and a real star, I know I'm biased but you were wonderful, funny and a very special little girl who makes me so happy. I am very lucky every day with you making me laugh and smile, your a wonderful, special little girl and I love you more evey day, if that's possible. Dad xxxx

Ps. The lady on the picture is Miss Emily who was one of the teachers, she was leaving today to go to Derby University, she said you were her favourite and the one she will miss the most.

Salcombe pt 5 it was 'delicious'

On our final evening we went into town to eat, we ended up sitting outside one of the pubs having a BBQ.

Earlier in the day Shen we were playing on the beach we were looking for crabs, you kept saying " yummy, crabs in my tummy" so when we sat to eat you said you wanted a crab burger. So we gave you a beef burger and said it was a crab burger. You are evey piece and afterwards said " delicious".

You are a wonderful, beautiful, funny little girl and we are do lucky, love you loads and forever and ever. Xxx

Salcombe pt 4, family album

You love the water, every time we go near the sea you want to paddle. We went down into town for a coffee and straight away you wanted a paddle. You looked beautiful and as usual loved every minute of it. Xx

Salcombe, pt 1 on the beach

We went down to Salcombe for a few days with your manna Belle and Grandad Sammy, as soon as we arrive you wanted to go to the beach. You loved every minute of it, running around, playing games and collecting shells.

When I was little dad and I use to collect shells on holiday and decorate my plant pot at home do we decided yo if the same, we've collected the shells and plan yo decorate your sunflower pot on Sunday. Xxx

Dumbleton

Just a quick update, one of the reasons for not blogging is due to us trying to start work on the house. Do here to show what we have done so far are a few 'snaps'. Although it does not look like much has been done, it has. At least you can see the house now!!! We've had the internal wall removed, trees all gown and started cleaning the garden up. Getting there but a very long way to go, current estimate is summer 2015 as you mom has more renovation plans for us!!!! But we still live her lots and lots xxx

A day in the office

Mommy was busy, as usual, so you came to work with me for most of the day,and had a great time.

Fiona and Roshni played with you a lot and made paper hats and you did some drawing making a right mess. Then we gave you a cup of tea and biscuits, but all you did was eat the cream out of the centre, but had a great time. X

Selfies

Well it's been a long time since our last blog so I do apologise. We've all been very busy but I hope to get back on track now.

So what's been happening, well Izzy had started taking 'selfies' of herself with our camera phones. She pulls funny faces, takes pictures then look back through them all. You are very funny gorgeous. Xxx
